Rob Belcore
Founder/CEO
Mr. Belcore is a talented and accomplished strategist in Digital Marketing and its application in today’s fast paced,
connected business environment. He has demonstrated success across a spectrum of industries and developed solutions to
enhance marketing effectiveness resulting in improved brand awareness and market penetration.
Before founding Retail Solutions Advisors he worked for a global management consulting firm. He specialized in
performance improvement and revenue enhancement strategy. While working with a number of the nation’s largest retailers
Mr. Belcore developed an in-depth understanding of emerging technologies and the role they play in increasing revenue in any venue.
Mr. Belcore earned his B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Where he was a
four year starter, captain, and all Ivy selection as a senior for the Quaker’s Basketball team. Mr. Belcore’s family
owned and operated the Pompei restaurant chain in Chicago before selling all but one location to Morton’s Restaurant Group.
Tommy Davis Chief Executive Advisor Tommy L. Davis has over 40 years experience in the Information Technology industry. Mr. Davis' expertise spans from the very technical to the highest level management. Over his career, Mr. Davis guided initiatives in wide ranging and diverse industries both public and private. He has demonstrated success in team building and organizational industries such as aerospace, automotive, pharmaceuticals, health insurance, property and casualty insurance, government, manufacturing, banking, and education among others. The client list includes the who's who of corporate America, primarily Fortune 500 and Fortune 1000 organizations. Anthem Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Eli Lilly, General Motors, Hughes Engineering and Aerospace, Bank One, are just a few examples of the coveted clients associated with Mr.Davi's enterprises. Mr Davis was Chairman and CEO of Indecon, Inc., a premier IT consulting company. While at Indecon he also formed several independent companies and joint ventures such as Transtech, a medical transcription company, Intertech, an operations research company specializing in smart-line robotics, Del Waugh & Assosciates, a management assessment, recruiting and staffing company, and Intech, a joint venture with Continental Can providing shop floor control systems.
Rao Achanta Chief Technology Officer Rao Achanta is an experienced Technology and Software Architect with vast experience in design and building highly scalable applications in large environments. As CTO, Rao is responsible for product development and all aspects of information systems at Stadium Solutions. Prior to Stadium Solutions, Rao was a Chief Architect and CTO for private social networking platform called – SoloWindow and Vice President of Software Development at Veritra. With more than 15 years of industry experience in information technology, Rao has deep expertise in design and implement complex, large-scale, and highly available enterprise architectures. During his career his consulting engagements enabled him work on projects to many clients, including Citibank, Jiffy Lube, Pennzoil, IAAI, Sony, Sears, IAAI, United Healthcare, LTD Commodities and others. Rao held several technical certifications from Microsoft and also a SAP certified Consultant. Rao holds Ph.D. degree in science and a part-time professor (masters program) at Chicago State University.

Stewart Dixon is Founder and Managing Partner of VentureDNA. An accomplished executive leader with a record of successes, Stewart manages the firm’s engagement portfolio as well as the day-to-day operations of the business. Prior to forming VentureDNA, Dixon drove sales in the media and technology industries for well-established brands including ABC News, The Chicago Tribune and Motorola. His proven ability to secure new business and penetrate domestic and foreign markets by identifying prospects and creating strong partnerships allowed these businesses to realize immediate growth and success. Dixon is skilled in directing cross-functional teams while providing quality services to clients in time-sensitive environments. Dixon also spent 10 years in Los Angeles developing new technology methodologies for the entertainment industry. This experience allowed him to serve on the technology leadership boards at the American Film Institute and the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences. Stewart is a graduate of Ithaca College with a Bachelor of Science degree from the Roy H. Park School of Communications.
DR. STEVE KERR Dr. Steve Kerr is an innovator of corporate learning and leadership development. He has been an Officer of LRN Corporation since April 24, 2007 helping LRN develop tools, strategies and approaches for developing lawful and ethical corporate cultures that drive productivity, performance and competitive advantage. Dr. Kerr is a Senior Advisor at Goldman Sachs. Additionally, Dr. Kerr served as Managing Director and Chief Learning Officer of Goldman Sachs Group Inc. from 2001 to 2006. From 1994 to 2001, he was Vice President of leadership development and Chief Learning Officer for General Electric, including responsibility for GE's renowned leadership education center at Crotonville.
